McRae’s Tax and Business Services was founded by Claudia McRae in 1992. Claudia built a strong and prosperous business on Old National Highway with a loyal client following. Due to an outstanding work ethic, sound tax expertise, and a profound commitment to service, Claudia’s business grew prosperous and impacted many lives over the years. Because of this shining example of service, Claudia inspired her older sister, Antoinette “Toni” McRae-Frink, to open a second office in Jonesboro in 2002, to carry on the same superb service and expertise expected by the McRae family name.

McRae’s Tax and Business Services legacy and vision continues through the new ownership, leadership, and kinship of Dana R. Wilson, MBA. Dana brings 20 years of tax preparation, planning, and accounting and bookkeeping services.

Dana is a native of South Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies. In 2017, she graduated from Clayton State University with Honors with a Masters in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. She began her career with city government and transitioned to higher education in 2003 while completing personal income tax returns during tax season.

Providing personalized one-on-one assistance to each client in a family atmosphere while remaining abreast of the ever-changing tax laws is what sets her apart from the rest. Dana cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to educate everyone on their personal tax situation. Her vast knowledge ranges from the W-2 employee to businesses grossing $500,000 per year.
